Low polymerization shrinkage

In addition the high dense filler content is one of the reasons for a very low polymerization shrinkage of 1.9% which reduces stress forces against cavity walls dramatically. As an effect the risk of postoperative sensitivities and secondary caries due to marginal leakage is limited.

Visible radio-opacity

Absence of marginal gaps can be easily followed up as the material offers excellent radio-opacity for x-ray evaluations due to its high percentage in barium glass particles.

Easy handling – 100% non-sticky

With a special non-sticky formula, CLEARFIL AP-X Esthetics does not stick to any instrument or contact matrix. On the one hand the material offers convenient adaptation and is therefore optimally suited for anterior restorations. On the other hand the consistency of CLEARFIL AP-X is more than adequate to allow precise shaping in posterior areas.

Enlarged shade availability

CLEARFIL AP-X Esthetics is available in 10 different VITA shades. In addition XL is offered, a transparent shade which is used to improve translucency of the restoration. A large range of shades makes it convenient to comply with the patients requirements which is the reason HO has been added, very bright shades which suits demands of bleached teeth.
